| Instructions for input file format Only Fasta format annotation file should be uploaded. Files may be with or without sequences. If files have annotation with ratio number (Microarray expression data) , please choose option 'Annotation with Microarray fold change'. The format of this type of files should be as follows: >Annotation data The annotation and the data should be tab separated.
